It is the mission of Missouri Behavior Consulting, LLC to work cooperatively with our clients and their caregivers to build meaningful, personally-valued skills through Applied Behavior Analysis. We believe people with disabilities are the experts of their own life experiences and wholeheartedly affirm the importance of actively seeking client input throughout the entire therapeutic process.

“Let us realize that along with food, shelter, and clothing, we have another obligation to our children, and that is to affirm their "rightness." The whole world will tell them what's wrong with them—out loud and often. Our job is to let our children know what's right about them.”

Truly Person-Centered

Person-Centered Planning should be more than a plan that exists only on paper. For us, it means working with our clients to learn about what is important in their lives. Got a goal? We’ll help you make a plan to get there. Still trying to figure it out? We work cooperatively with our clients and have them take the lead on finding what’s important in life.

Teen and Adult-Specific

We are passionate about supporting adolescent and adult clients and the unique needs they have. Managing the transition between childhood and adulthood is an adventure that we are happy to help our clients navigate, and we truly enjoy helping adult clients find ways to build the lives they are excited about living!

If you are looking for support for toddlers or children we can help you find organizations who provide those resources!

Our Clients Come First

The word “client” means something very specific to us. Caregivers are important and vital parts of our team. But, the client- the person doing the work in therapy- comes first. We never forget that we are always working in service of our client and their interests and goals.
